Why spend a whole weekend on your relationship?
I think most of us want deeply satisfying relationships. That’s why I became a couples therapist. But, even though we really want deep connection, we sometimes find ourselves stuck in patterns that hold us back.
I know I’m biased but I believe that our relationships are where the good stuff of life really is! You’re probably aware that recent research shows that the quality of our closest relationships can help predict our longevity. Vivek Murthy, MD, former Surgeon General, called loneliness an epidemic. And the therapist and author Esther Perel, (a personal s-hero of mine) says, “The quality of your relationships predicts the quality of your life.”
We’ve all heard that relationships take work, but no one has told us what that work actually is.
The real work of relationships isn’t occasional or situational, it’s minute-to-minute. And this workshop will teach you those critical minute-to-minute skills that build and sustain true intimacy.
The Relationship Skills Bootcamp is designed to help you make significant progress in a short amount of time, in an intimate setting (max of 18 participants), and with expert guidance from me. Having trained with Terry Real, the founder of Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and having been a relationship and sex therapist for more than two decades, I’m here to help you to make meaningful and lasting change.
Is this bootcamp magic and will it solve every issue? No, (though I do have a magic wand, which I will happily wave). But, as participants of other bootcamps have shared, it can be life-changing and revolutionary for your personal life and relationships.
Just ask my husband…we came away from our bootcamp experience with a whole new level of understanding of ourselves and each other.
